Jolie Parcher: Vinyasa, NIA Dance, Ayurvedic Wellness (Nosara certified, Vinyasa Heart of Yoga Flow, Nia dance Certified)

Jolie's teaching style is deeply influenced by the Tantric lineage and her recent studies with Rod Stryker. In her classes, she encourages students to listen more carefully to themselves so that they can practice in a more fulfilling way. Jolie emphasizes freedom of movement and following the true teacher within; listening to the sensations and language of the body for guidance and direction. Jolie's classes are surprising and ever changing. She is a strong and nurturing teacher whose classes will inspire you to participate more fully in the sweetness of your life and to laugh more often through the challenges. Jolie is also a certified Ayurvedic consultant, having received her certification at the Kripalu school of Ayurveda.  Personal ayurvedic consultations are available by appointment.

Erika Halweil, Atmananda certified

Erika is a vibrant teacher who shares a unique class, incorporating meditation, pranayama and sound vibration (chanting).  Her class is a fluid, vinyasa flow emphasizing alignment and breath.  Erika will push you beyond the limitations of the body, giving you a rewarding feeling of Self discovery. Her hands-on adjustments bring more clarity to your practice and her calming voice will lead you into the deepest relaxation.


Eve Eliot

Eve designates her meditation classes as "effortless" because stillness is already present. The intention of the sitting is for there to be an opening rather than a constricting of the mind and heart, allowing the true teacher - the teacher within -to shine. Eve, an enthusiastic student of yoga, is a psychotherapist and a writer of self-help books.  Her meditation teaching is informed by Buddhism, Advaita Vedantism, and other wisdom traditions. Her classes include readings from Pema Chodron, Gangaji, Adyadhanti, Eckhart Tolle, and a variety of poets in whose work silence as a major theme.

Leah Kinney, Nosara and Yoga Shanti Certified

Leah began a regular yoga practice during her last year of college, finding that savasana provided the perfect respite from the brain overload of thesis writing. Her class is both challenging and relaxing. Leah emphasizes precise alignment of the body without developing hardness or tension. Born and raised in Montauk, Leah has a deep appreciation and love for the East End. She is so pleased to be sharing and participating in the practice of yoga within this community. Leah graduated from Georgetown University in 2001 with a BA in Women's Studies and Spanish.

Sarah Halweil, Yoga Shanti certified, vinyasa flow

Sarah Halweil graduated from the Yoga Shanti Teacher Training Program in 2004. Previously she had practiced Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Jivamukti Yoga. Sarah interweaves all of these styles and more in her mindful vinyasa flow class. She strives to push the yoga practice beyond the classroom and into everyday life. Sarah holds a BA in Environmental Science and Latin American Studies from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a BSN from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She is a labor and delivery nurse at Southampton Hospital.

Subhadra Fleming

Once a professional ballet dancer, and then a trial lawyer, Subhadra has stepped into being a full time yoga. teacher for the last ten years Her classes combine inspiring music with an unbridled joy in movement and an extensive knowledge of the body and breath. Subhadra understands that the body and soul work together and, with a generous spirit and sense of humor, shares insight from her longstanding personal meditation practice. She has studied extensively with her friend and teacher Swami Ramananda, as well as Angela Farmer, Rodney Yee, Manorma, and Jai Uttal.

Sheryl Hastalis, Vinyasa Flow

Sheryl brings her infectious good humor, keen eye,and sincere caring for students in a vinyasa class, that combines comprehensive asana practice with detail on functional body mechanics and alignment, while focusing on pranayama and inflected with Yogic and Buddhist philosophy. She also teaches yoga and wellness to students of all ages with both physical and mental challenges. Sheryl has taught dance, yoga and other kinetic modalities for over 25 years and hold degrees and certification in these related fields.



Kate Rossano: Interdisciplinary, Astanga

Kate explores meditation and self realization in her class. Recognizing and honoring the true guru in all of us, she pushes you as far as you are willing to go.  Her vinyasa/astanga style classes are filled with new and exciting ways to move and breathe with the body.  She emphasizes holding postures while allowing the breath to take you deeper. An uplifting and inventive teacher, Kate looks to her students for new ideas and ways of teaching.

Lauren Hanna

Lauren teaches a breath infused vinyasa flow class that moves from pose to pose with power and intention.  It is a challenging practice but she welcomes all students and provides modifications for all levels. Lauren encourages students to dive into their breath,  step out of their comfort zones and move into the flow.  Classes are inspired by themes of spiritual teachings of yoga. Lauren loves music and plays a variety in her classes including world, reggae, rock and jazz.Each class includes  chanting, pranayama, variations on sun salutations, a series of standing and sitting postures, arm balances,  inversions, and savasana.

Jennifer Frasher: Nosara and Heart of Yoga Certified

Born in Germany and raised in Sag Harbor, Jennifer has studied intensely with Mark Whitwell, with whom she became certified with, as well as completing the 200-hour Nosara teacher training in Costa Rica. Jennifer is also certified to teach yoga to children through the Shakta Kaur Khalsa “Fly Like a Butterfly” certification program.

Inspired by the clarity of Iyengar yoga, the expression of Anusara yoga and the fluidity of Vinyasa flow, Jennifer creates a unique yoga practice allowing one to find their “inner teacher”. Believing in the Krishnamacharya lineage in that you "adapt the yoga to the individual" Jennifer strives to develop a unique yoga practice for each person. Forever a student, Jennifer is continually furthering her spiritual exploration with daily practice both at home and in the classroom She has taken numerous courses with exceptional teachers such as, Angela Farmer, Patricia Walden, David Swenson, WAH, Genny Kapuler, Gurumukh, Manorama, Rodney Yee, Elena Brower, Richard Freeman and many others.

In 2008 Jennifer traveled to India with her partner Steve Eaton, where they completed the level 1 course at the Art of Living Ashram in Bangalore with his holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Jennifer incorporates, live music, chanting and yogic philosophy into every class. You will find her teachings fresh, inspirational and ever surprising! She would like to thank the many beings that inspire her teachings and her life.
