Yoga for Golfers

Did you know that specifically designed yoga postures could enhance your golf swing and improve your game?
This workshop is designed to produce results as you learn:
• Specific poses to increasing flexibility, strength for distance & balance
• Breath awareness techniques and visualization tools to calm the mind and bring focus, better swing tempo on and off the course
• Improve overall fitness
• Reduce the risk of injury
You will receive handouts of poses and meditations in order to practice in between sessions and beyond. Bring a pitching wedge and golf ball to class. Yoga mats & props will be provided.
Roey Ficaro has been an avid golfer and yoga/meditation instructor for over 20 years She has combined her 2 passions, yoga and golf to create an effective way to improve flexibility, range of motion & concentration on the course.
$145 for 3 class series
