In this two hour workshop, we will experience the health benefits of mindful movement directly; exploring the body's actions and reactions, learning to apply intuition and intention in a variety of movement conditions: stretching, strengthening, playing and interacting. 

Without a doubt, most important - we'll have fun and release any weights we may have been carrying. 

The aim is to provide you with a set of tools and skills to transfer this valuable effect; feeling of joy, presence, energy and ‘lightness’ - into your everyday life.
