This creative visualization workshop guides students to explore and manifest their definition of bliss.
Discovering one's personal bliss is a birthright found only when we actively create the space to — even momentarily— release the societal and familial pressures filling the forefront of our minds and discover our truth.
This workshop uses guided meditations to help students let go of habits and assumptions that no longer serve them such as, “Being busy always makes for more success" or “Humility and greatness can’t co-exist” and teaches them how to make space for new possibilities in their career, personal and spiritual lives.
Students are introduced to the "As If” principle where they become and fully embody their dreams. These dreams are made actionable by creating small, doable goals which grow self belief. Guided journaling and collage meditations help bring their new visions to life.
Students are encouraged to purchase their own copy of the My Bliss Book planner which they can use daily to remind them of their big-picture goals and the road to them.My Bliss Book comes with a year-long emailed coaching program which helps students fine- tune their manifestation skills via biweekly online coaching, social accountability, and most of all the practice that enables them to visualize, manifest, and embody the birthright of their bliss. Lara is also available to supplement with personal coaching sessions which are designed to accelerate personal growth and life harmony.
