Fall Essential Oil Ideas
During the the Fall when the qualities of vata are strongest the most beneficial essential oils to use both on your body and in your diffuser will be the ones with warming and grounding qualities.
Here are some ideas:
Everyday moisturizing body oil
In 2 oz of a base of sunflower or apricot oil add your essential oils: 12 drops Rosemary, 8 drops Mandarin, 3 drops of Vanilla.
Warming and grounding diffuser blends
12 drops tulsi, 5 drops Sweet orange or Mandarin, 3 drops Clove
6 drops cardamom, 4 drops cinnamon bark, 4 drops vanilla, 3 drops ginger root
Warming body scrub
In 1 cup of sugar (half white, half brown) add essential oils:
12 drops Rosemary, 4 drops Ylang ylang or
12 drops Tulsi and 6 drops Mandarin
