Sign Up Questions
Below you’ll find helpful tips for signing up for classes, workshops & events, along with frequently asked questions.
For a speedy sign-in process, sign up online for classes:
Sign into your account or create an account and sign up for a class up to 30 minutes before the class begins.
When you come into the studio, initial next to your name on the list and GO!
Less waiting time, expedited check-in, more time for set up and centering
Did your class card expire? Don't worry! Purchase one drop-in class and we will be happy to extend your series an additional three months!
Reservations for classes that have been canceled at least 24 hours prior to the start of class will be credited back to your class card.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start of class, the class will not be credited back to your account.
We do not offer refunds on class cards.
How to cancel a class reservation:
Click on "My Account" in the upper left-hand corner (for mobile: click on "My Account" at the top of the page)
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "My Sessions"
Click on the drop menu under "Action" and select "Unreserve"
