JULY 1ST WITH FRANCES

IGNITE YOUR INTUITION WITH INVERSIONS w France Cole Jones

Many of us are hesitant about inversions because they seem too fancy, too complicated, or just too hard. Luckily, an inversion is any time your head is below your heart-- so if you’ve ever been in downward facing dog, you’ve done inversions!

Now wasn’t that easy? (Or at least not too complicated.)

And what is the benefit of getting your head below your heart? It allows you to tune into your intuition: to turn down your thinking, so you can access your knowing. This Friday Special takes a step-by-step look at inversions of all kinds-- from the accessible to the fancy. Come join us! What you discover may surprise you.
